Terms of Service & Trading Floor Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an enterprise account, posting a Request for Quote (RFQ), listing material or fleet lots, or entering into commercial negotiations on Ancrown Integrated Trade Gateway (AITG, "the Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately terminate platform access.
2. Business Eligibility & Statutory KYC
AITG is an exclusive B2B industrial trading and technical recruitment gateway. All participating business entities must maintain active, verifiable GSTIN registration, PAN documentation, and statutory authorizations relevant to their industrial classification (including DGMS compliance for mining entities, NABL calibration for assay laboratories, and valid RTO permits for commercial transport fleets).
3. Zero Commission & Trading Floor Rules
AITG operates on a zero-brokerage model (0% platform transaction fee on matched trades). The Platform provides digital discovery, counterparty verification, and technical matching. Commercial contract pricing, dispatch schedules, payment mechanics, and insurance coverage are agreed directly between verified counterparties through formal purchase orders and sales invoices.
4. Specification & Weighbridge Compliance
All listed mineral lots (including Low-Silica Dolomite, Thermal Coal, Iron Ore Fines) and steel products (MS Billets, DRI Sponge Iron) must carry accurate technical specifications. Weighment dispute resolution must be based on certified government calibrated weighbridge slips obtained at pithead loading or rail siding departure.
5. Technical Manpower & Statutory Recruitment
Entities listing or hiring statutory personnel (including DGMS First Class Mine Managers, Blasters, and Commercial Operators) agree that credentials must be verified against original statutory certificates prior to site commissioning. AITG disclaims liability for misrepresented candidate credentials where direct employer due diligence was omitted.
6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, AITG and its parent entity, Ancrown Advance Tech (OPC) Private Limited, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from freight demurrage, railway rake delays, or counterparty default. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
